Fiber Arts & Crochet

Long ago, my "Tante Jacqleen" taught me to crochet one afternoon while visiting her house...fast forward a few years, and I had forgotten everything. Crochet? What?

It started back up again with a pair of wrap-around button slippers that I saw on a website, and said, "Ooh, I want those" and then it was all over but the weeping over buying too much yarn.

The weeping over buying too much yarn is still ongoing, but so are the projects, in all their increasingly complex glory. I've graduated from being able to follow a pattern, to sometimes designing my own!
